I was asked to rewrite our homepage from scratch to express our new messaging direction: “We Serve Restaurants.” As such, this copy puts the restaurant and its needs first, showing empathy and explaining clearly how we can help restaurants because we understand their business.
One of the largest—and most high-profile—projects I’ve undertaken since joining Grubhub, crafting the copy for this site and its myriad subpages involved countless rewrites and meetings with stakeholders. It was worth it.
